Tuscany's Italian olive oil
Olioverotoscano is an Italian olive oil produced in Tuscany, on the administrative territory of Tuscany region.
An extra virgin olive oil to be called Tuscan extra virgin has to be produced in Tuscany, olives must be harvest manually, they must be environment temperature washed and produced only according to mechanically or
physically procedures which maintain unaltered the fruit characteristics.
Moreover in order to be called Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, Italian oil has to have some established characteristics at the consumption which are a green-gold yellow colour, fruity smell and a maximum acidity less than 0, 6%.
For those mentioned reasons Tuscan olive oil could be considered one of the bests Italian olive oils.
